Making my own Laundry Detergent

Landry Detergent is safe for GE machines! Well thanks to pintrest I was creative one night and went to Wal-mart and got the things to make my own Laundry Detergent. I was curious if this would be cheaper and really clean my clothes (not really mine, more my husband work clothes....they stink) And well this is the most amazing thing I have ever made and it was really cheaper. Things you need...You can get them all in the Laundry section at Wal-Mart: 4 lb box of borax 3lb box of arm and hammer super washing soda 3lb box of oxy clean 2 bars of fels naphitha (you need to shred them...I grated the two bars in my food processor, like I would a block of cheese and then grated them up more in the food processor to make them smaller. 55 oz of purex crystals.....if you want your clothes to have a little smell, if you like alot of smell add two 55 oz....or if you want no smell just done add crystals 1 big bucket to mix 1 big spoon to mix whatever you would like to store th...

Betsy and Cinnamon Reunion

In December my american bulldog had puppies, 11 of them. The runt of the litter was given to my sister Jacque'. When she came into town for my little sisters graduation and my graduation she brought Betsy to play and reunite with her mommy! They have a blast! They have many of the same traits. It was just so much fun to see them play together. Betsy has been through alot she is blind in her right eye. When she was born she ruptured her cornea in the right eye. Stephen and I had to put drops in her eyes every 3 hours for weeks. We didn't know what we were going to do with her. She stayed inside with her mommy all the time and went out to play with her 10 siblings when she could. Finally my sister asked us if she could have her and we said YES! We are so happy that Jacque' has her. She is so spoiled. Betsy is one dog that gets everything she wants and a great home! Here are some pictures Betsy is 5 1/2 months in this picture and Cinnamon (mommy) Playing in...
